Self
Are You in Control or is SELF in Control?
In the name of Jesus; may God be blessed as we cease worshiping self.
Who is self?
Self is “a person’s essential being that distinguishes them from others, especially considered as the object of introspection or reflexive action.” (Oxford), God brings the emotional and mental quality of self under His obedience when we give up elf for Jesus.
“Self is the fleshly, carnal life of nature, the life of the first Adam — “dead in trespasses and sins” (KJV), Adam gave up his soul for worldliness, of which we were doomed to follow pursuit until Jesus came that we may be able to accept His grooming of our souls.
Loving self, we can be perceived as selfish and narcissistic by the world as well as by God. But the world does not understand that loving Jesus in your soul, can appear as loving self unless we exhibit His manners and discipline. God instructs us to not keep our hearts full of selfish desires because that is the doorway for evil spirits to enter our souls, and create one’s own destruction. The other end of the spectrum is whether should we remove the avenues to obtain self’s goals and ambitions, and invitingly fill our soul with God’s ways to accomplish our soul’s plan. He will give us our heart’s desire and take us further than we ever imagined. Worldly admiration of self is a doorway to wickedness, as they teach you to love materialistic gain at any cost which will internally demolish God’s righteous morals and standards. When we are as young as a newborn baby the world trains some toddlers to put self on a pedestal while others learn from various experiences to humble their hearts to God. Even if a child is reared up in an environment of abomination towards ABBA Father, they are at points during their life given the choice to worship God instead of self. Either decision causes them to accept or decline the labor necessary to have a good healthy soul. We only have a choice at the crossroads of the maintenance of self vs. our own soul, so we should not peep into others’ windows ; because we are not given a choice in the decision of how others maintain their soul. Each individual is held accountable by God for the maintenance, evaluation, company they keep, and deciphering indulgences in excellent housekeeping of their own soul: for these are the duties of every member of those who choose to be a part of God’s family. The dissipation of self from your dwelling won’t give a room to hateful bitter suicidal tenants as a tradeoff for an eternal peaceful happy household, as you refill every void or emptiness with agape love, and adhere to the guidance of the Holy Spirit within our soul.
- May God be blessed as we choose to adhere to His guidance of using Hemp essential oils, through numerous healings.
- May God be blessed as we choose to follow His guidance and alignment with Satya Das (Advance Physical Therapy & Rehab P.C.), to professionally help with healing my weakened anatomy. Satya is the best therapist I have encountered during this journey of my 12/31/1998 accident.
- May God be blessed as we choose to obediently advocate about generational abuse; and write books that reverence His grace, love, forgiveness, and healing for the abused, the abuser, and the angry souls; such as mine. I love my parents, and family, but I pledge my allegiance to God. (Amazon),
1 John 4:19–21(KJV) “19 We love him, because he first loved us. 20 If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen? 21 And this commandment have we from him, That he who loveth God love his brother also.”
- Holy Spirit: 19. God loved us first, so we return love to Him. 20. Should a man proclaim his love for Jehovah, and he does not love other people, the truth is not in him: anyone who does not love people who they see is not capable of loving God. 21 Also, we have received this law from our Heavenly Father, declaring anyone who loves Him is to love people as well.
Psalm 68:19(KJV) “19 Blessed be the Lord, who daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation. Selah.”
- Holy Spirit: Blessings unto God, who supplies our supplications each day, as He is the Lord of our preservation (bc). Forever.
